Structured Support through Process Control

 

CTS maintains a high degree of structured process control to our client's solution by providing daily server monitoring, weekly LAN monitoring and monthly service reports that document the support activities.  We provide real-time interactive desktop, server, router and network device support through structured secure and private VPN connections to each STRA client's LAN or WAN data network.  We provide quarterly or semi-annual reviews with the client's IT management team and organizational stakeholders.  These reviews are designed to promote effective communication with the stakeholders and facilitate a forum in which proactive measures are promoted for the long term reliability and availability of the IT solution.  We believe that with the proper attention to proactive measures an organization can experience long periods of continuous infrastructure uptime.
