Offsite NotificationsFor CTS STRA Clients with computer or network problems that require immediate assistance, CTS offers Emergency Offsite Notification. Whether during or outside of normal business hours, the procedure is as follows:
1. Call the main CTS Helpdesk line at 780.467.1664, Press 0 and leave a message. 2. When done recording your message, Press #91. This will mark your voicemail as urgent in our phone system. 3. Press 1 to send the voicemail, and one of our on-call techs will call you back prompty to follow up, and let you know that your message has been received and we will start troubleshooting the issue at hand.
