CTS has a long history of exceptional infrastructure uptime coupled with our highly responsive technical support team. All technical support challenges facing the client are moved through the Helpdesk for immediate assistance using remote support with real time client interaction. Serious technical issues and/or equipment failures are escalated to the technical support team for either Tech Level 2 and/or 3 remediation with onsite response dispatched as required.

CTS implements a change management process based on a proof of concept design. CTS will only offer technical solutions for deployment to a client environment where the solution has been regression tested in our production lab environment. Our clients only receive solutions that are proven in a functional environment. We have extensive technical competency and experience in all our proof of concept solutions. CTS has over 90 years of combined technical experience spanning our team of technical service professionals.
